We're an independent designer menswear retail store bringing a curated mix of designer brands to North Wales. With physical stores in both Rhyl and Prestatyn and a new store opening in Llandudno soon.

The Role

We're looking for a friendly retail sales associate to join our small but passionate team. You'll be working across our Llandudno, Rhyl and Prestatyn stores, so flexibility and a willingness to travel between locations when required is essential.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves working with people, has a keen eye for product, and thrives in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service and build genuine rapport with customers Confidently sell and style pieces from our curated collections Maintain store presentation and merchandising to a high standard Assist with stock handling, deliveries, and transfers between locations Process transactions accurately and handle cash/card payments Availability to work on Saturdays & occasionally Sundays

Requirements

2+ years previous retail experience is essential An interest in fashion and ability to deliver great customer service Must be available to work Saturdays and occasionally Sundays The role is primarily for the new Llandudno store however we require you to be flexible and able to work in Rhyl and Prestatyn stores when needed. Reliable, friendly, and able to work independently or as part of a close-knit team

Are you currently enrolled in any form of education? This role is primarily for our new Llandudno store, however we require you to be able to work in both our Rhyl or Prestatyn stores when needed.
