Location: 137 Bethnal Green Road, London E2
Hourly Rate: 13-14 per hour (depending on experience)
Working hours : Approximately 48 to 54 hours over 9days
Break Time : 30-minute unpaid break per shift
Hiring : 3people
Note: We are looking for individuals who are flexible and available to work throughout the pop-up event.

Palette Prototype is a London-based knitwear brand founded by graduates of Central Saint Martins. We specialise in contemporary womenswear and menswear knitwear, and are excited to host our first pop-up store in London.

About the Role
We are looking for friendly, reliable, and style-conscious individuals to join our team as part-time or full-time retail assistants during our pop-up event. This is a temporary position that offers hands-on experience in fashion retail, customer service, and event-based brand presentation.
We welcome applicants of all genders and backgrounds. We are looking to build a visually balanced, stylish, and energetic team that reflects the spirit of both our womenswear and menswear knit collections.
Key Responsibilities
Attend a short mandatory training session prior to your first shift
Learn and follow the key sales strategies outlined by the team
Assist in maintaining visual merchandising displays according to brand standards
Welcome and interact with customers in a warm and helpful manner
Offer product information and styling suggestions when needed
Assist with light tidying of stock (inventory management will be overseen by our team)
Provide support during events (e.g. greeting guests, helping serve drinks - the hosting will be led by our team and our PR consultants)
Help keep the store clean, organised, and inviting at all times
Be open to occasional content support (e.g. behind-the-scenes help during photo or video shoots, or assisting with social media moments as directed)
Event Schedule Overview
Opening Hours: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM daily (flexible shifts)
Opening shift - Starts at 10:30 AM
Closing shift - Ends at 8:30 PM (includes closing procedures)
Hands-on experience working with a London-based fashion label
Insight into running a live fashion retail event and pop-up strategy
Opportunities to meet creatives, stylists, and fashion-conscious customers in a vibrant setting

Qualifications
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and provide exceptional service in a fashion retail environment.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to maintain a well-structured sales floor.
Proficient phone etiquette for customer inquiries and support.
Familiarity with merchandising principles to promote products effectively.
