Listed by Liberty, Selfridges, Harvey Nichols and Harrods, we also sell our handmade truffles and gorgeous chocolate gifts in our two beautiful central London shops.

We have an exciting Sales Associate vacancies at our stores.

Responsibilities & Duties

Reporting to the Store Manager, responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Hosting events Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Maintain visual merchandising standards Maintain a fully stocked store Ascertain customers' needs and wants through customer engagement Recommend and display items that match customer needs Actively involved in the receiving of deliveries and assisting in ordering stock Keep up to date with product information Follow all companies policies and procedures at all times

Requirements

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable individual that can work effectively individually and as part of our team. The right person will be motivated and a quick learner. Other required skills include:

Retail or sales experience Experience of hosting in a restaurant, bar or cafe is a big advantage A track record of achieving sales targets Ability to complete tasks and meet deadlines Great communication skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Available to weekends, evenings, and public holidays

Education:

GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:

Retail sales: 1 year (required) customer service: 1 year (required)
