Summary

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at Reyna Furniture. This role is essential for enhancing customer experiences and driving sales in our store. The ideal candidate will be located in Great Britain and will play a key role in representing our brand and products.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance customer understanding. Process sales transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking merchandise as needed. Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and follow-up. Assist with inventory management and reporting as required.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus. Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Experience with upselling techniques and achieving sales targets.
