Jorum Studio is a luxury independent fragrance brand founded in Edinburgh in 2019, led by Scottish perfumer Euan McCall. We create modern, poetic fragrances that capture the beauty of nature with an unconventional spirit.

Creating everything in-house, Jorum Studio offers an ever-evolving perspective on modern fragrance, blending classical techniques with innovative and unique compositions to allow the wearer's creativity and sense of expression to shine.

Known for our creative style and focus on quality, the brand is stocked in over 120 retailers worldwide as well as our flagship boutique in Edinburgh's Stockbridge and London flagship in Marylebone, opening November 2025.

We are recruiting for a confident, dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our small yet creative team. This will be a very engaged role involving many different aspects of a fast-growing business and will require someone with a passion for people and fragrance alike. Working from our Marylebone boutique you will act as an ambassador for the brand, assisting with the daily operations of the store and ensuring all customers receive a quality experience.

As Jorum is a growing international brand there is also a prospect of continued professional development.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:



Daily operations of the store in Marylebone including customer service, inventory of stock and merchandising. Welcoming all customers to the store offering comprehensive knowledge of products, providing compelling stories alongside brand and product guidelines, maintaining the highest level of customer service. Assisting with any queries customers may have and provide expert advice to them when requested in-store, online and via telephone. Close control of stock management and POS system and assisting with Stocktake when required. Ensuring visual presentation (including visual merchandising), store maintenance and housekeeping is kept to the brand's desired standard, both on and off the shop floor. Collaborating with other team members on social media engagement and online marketing as well as occasional tasks including content creation and email communication. Work to individual targets and workflow as well as providing support to management and other team members when required. Understand the need for changing priorities and required work to be finished on time, occasionally continuing outside basic working hours to meet the needs of the business and which may also include extended travel. Work independently within the store for periods of time.

About you:



Passion for creativity with knowledge of fragrance preferred. Experience in luxury retail preferred. Motivated, confident, collaborative. Flexible and reliable. Loves to provide excellent customer service. Able to multitask and solve issues smoothly. Agile with an open mindset. Keen to work towards individual targets. Comfortable working alone within a retail environment. Enjoys learning and sharing product knowledge with customers and team. An interest in fragrance with up-to-date knowledge of key trends. Proficient with social media including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Smart in appearance and individual flair. Additional language skills welcomed.
