We're looking for a

Full-Time Retail Assistant

who is dog loving individual to help assist customers in our high-end pet boutique on the King's Road. The ideal candidates should have

at least 2 years

of previous luxury retail experience, strong customer service skills and the ability to successfully direct customers to our in-store offerings and pet grooming services.

Responsibilities:

Providing excellent service to customers and their pets Helping customers book their dogs and cats in for grooming services Maintain current knowledge of merchandise, dog and cat breeds, and grooming services Exceptional organisational, communication and time management skills Able to work effectively under pressure Able to handle complaints and issues diplomatically and with integrity Keep the shop floor clean and tidy and beautifully presented Perform stock replenishment and occasional stock counts Have a very good command of English and other languages spoken will be beneficial Offer and support the other retail assistant in the team
