Retail Sales Associate
Job Description
Sales Associate provides excellent and friendly service by asses the needs of customer and provide assistance. Associates in this position know how to greet, qualify, reccomend and close every customer. Sales Associates work in cooperation with their Store Manager and other associates to ensure customers needs are met.
Associates need to have a good knowledge of the product reflecting on the quality of the service provided
Knowledge of the trends and fabrics (compositio?n, terminology, garment care, styles etc.)
Associate needs to have a good lknowledge of the business that will provide a growth in sales.
To give feedback to Store Manager what is selling Build a regular Client Base. To be aware of the best and slow sellers to improve general sales.
