Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will play a crucial role in driving sales through effective communication and upselling techniques while maintaining an organised and welcoming environment.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries, ensuring a friendly atmosphere. Demonstrate product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintain an organised sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked. Process transactions accurately at the till, handling cash and card payments with care. Provide excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer queries over the phone. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards. Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and conducting stock checks.

Experience

Demonstrated ability to sell products effectively while managing time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organisational skills to maintain store presentation and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A friendly demeanour with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
