to join our expanding team, supporting multiple store locations across
Cluster A (Alvaston, Clay Cross, Matlock)
and
Cluster B (Inkersall, Bramley, Mansfield)
.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service ensuring every customer receives expert support and guidance.
Provide accurate product knowledge and advice, helping customers make informed decisions based on their preferences and needs.
Process transactions, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
Manage and maintain store presentation and product displays to the highest standards.
Support with restocking, deliveries, and inventory management, ensuring stock levels are accurate and well maintained.
Take ownership of daily store operations when working independently.
Cover shifts across both clusters, providing flexibility and consistency of service across multiple store locations.
Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets through proactive engagement and strong product knowledge.
Your working hours may vary depending on which store you're in, but our usual opening hours are:
Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm / 9am - 7pm
Saturday: 9am - 6pm
Sunday: 10am - 4pm
You will typically work
45-50 hours per week
, depending on the shifts.
About You
Friendly, approachable, and confident with customers.
Reliable, self-motivated, and happy to work independently or as part of a team.
Good attention to detail and able to multitask.
Previous retail or customer service experience is great but not essential , full training will be provided.
Flexible and happy to travel between stores in your cluster.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
No vaping experience? No problem! We'll teach you everything you need to know.
