We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This role requires a proactive approach to upselling products and maintaining the overall presentation of the store.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products. Provide knowledgeable information about products and services to enhance customer satisfaction. Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the till. Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of service. Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and conducting stock checks.

Skills

Proficient in upselling techniques to enhance sales performance. Strong ability to sell products effectively while understanding customer needs. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Multilingual abilities, particularly in English and Spanish, are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customers. Strong phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally. Highly organised with attention to detail in maintaining store presentation. Exceptional communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members alike.
