The Role

As a Sales Associate at our newest store in Holt, you'll be at the forefront of creating a welcoming and engaging experience for all customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include greeting customers with a smile, assisting them with product inquiries, and ensuring that the store is always well-stocked and visually appealing. You'll work closely with the Holt team and collaborate with the Wells team to support daily store operations, manage stock levels, and contribute to our online presence. This role requires adaptability in a fast-paced store environment. You'll use your initiative and curiosity to stay on top of our ever-changing product offerings. By being open and engaging, you'll create positive memories for our customers, sharing advice, getting to know them, and understanding their needs.

Do you have a passion for retail with previous experience in a customer-facing role? Are you a team player who is also happy and motivated to work independently? Can you adapt to new processes quickly? Are you comfortable in varied working environments? Does multi-tasking come naturally to you? Are you proactive and capable of thinking on your feet? Are you available to work weekends?
Job Type: Part-time - Permanent, including an occasional weekend day. Standard hours are 9:30-5 but we are also happy to accept applications from anyone looking to work between school dropoff and pick up.
