Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Retail Store Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the daily operations of the convenience store, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers. You will help with stocking, cashier duties, and maintaining store standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases. Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and provide correct change. Stock shelves, refrigerators, and displays with merchandise. Check inventory levels and report stock shortages. Keep the store clean, organized, and safe (including restrooms and storage areas). Rotate stock to ensure freshness (especially for perishable items). Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or returns professionally. Assist in receiving deliveries and verifying shipment accuracy. Follow all store policies, including loss prevention and safety procedures. Support opening and closing duties as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From 12.21 per hour
