Summary

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in store. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their tennis-related needs, promoting our services, and contributing to a positive customer experience. Your efforts will directly support our mission of delivering exceptional customer service.

There will be extensive training provided around products and learning to string rackets.

The role is available as an apprenticeship, graduate scheme or for an experienced retail specialist. All we ask is for a professional and enthusiastic approach with a passion for sport and racket sports in particular.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting tennis products and services that meet their needs. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Promote upselling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain an organized and visually appealing retail space. Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed. Handle customer inquiries via phone or in-person with professionalism.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
