Store Location: Sport It First Outlet, Salisbury
Hours: 30 hours a week (Thurs - Sun)
Salary: 10.00 - 12.50 per hour, 30% colleague discount, 28-days annual leave pro rata
THE JOB
Our Retail Assistants are the central point of our customer contact and paramount in our business's success maintaining high store standards and delivering world class customer service.
THE PERSON
As an entry level role, we do not require prior retail experience whilst advantageous we just ask that you have:
The ability to work well within a team.
Reliability and punctuality.
A compassionate and consultative approach to customers
A positive attitude and driven nature
A passion and enthusiasm for our products
Basic IT skills to use the in-store technology.
THE COMPANY
Sport It First Outlet is a family run business and is a brand-new store with Salisbury being our second location. We are looking to grow over the next few years with multiple Outlets in the future.
