Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience Assist customers in locating products and answering their queries with clear communication skills Maintain attractive merchandising displays aligned with company standards Upsell products effectively to maximise sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, demonstrating good phone etiquette when handling enquiries Organise stock levels and ensure the sales floor remains tidy and well-stocked Manage time efficiently to attend to multiple customers during busy periods Support team members with organisational tasks such as inventory checks and product replenishment

Requirements

Fluency in English Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette Basic maths skills for handling transactions and stock counts Organisational skills to manage stock levels and maintain a tidy environment Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail setting Experience in merchandising, upselling, or retail sales is desirable but not essential Good time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently
