Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and excited to help launch a brand-new store? VapeHQ is looking for a

Part-Time Vape Advisor

to join our newest location. You will begin on

15th December

to complete your training, although the shop

does not have an official opening date yet

. This is a fantastic opportunity to help prepare a brand-new store and work closely alongside the Store Manager from the very beginning.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service and provide expert product advice. Build strong product knowledge to support customers confidently. Process purchases, exchanges, and refunds accurately. Maintain excellent store standards, including displays, cleanliness, and stock presentation. Assist with stock control, deliveries, and maintaining accurate inventory levels. Work independently while also working closely

with the Store Manager

to support daily operations and a successful store launch. Contribute to store sales and KPI targets through strong customer engagement.
Since this is a brand new store, flexibility and adaptability during the initial launch period will be essential.

Hours & Working Pattern

Part-time role

with a

minimum of 15 hours per week

.

Start date: 15th December

for induction and training.

Store opening date: To be confirmed

(you will be fully trained and prepared ahead of launch).

About You

Friendly, confident, and great with customers. Reliable, self-motivated, and happy working both solo and in a small team. Good attention to detail with strong organisational skills. Retail or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential. Full training will be provided. No vaping experience required we'll teach you everything.

Your Role in Our New Store

You'll be an important part of launching our newest VapeHQ store. By starting on

15th December

, you'll receive full training and be fully prepared for the store's opening. Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll help set the standard for service, presentation, and overall success from day one.
