Bert's Homestore is an independently owned lifestyle retailer, known for it's unique blend of homeware and gifts. It currently has four stores across Sussex.

We are looking for an outstanding Sales Associate to join the Bert's family. You will need to have a real passion for our fabulous products and a natural warmth as part of the team.

You will have at least one year's previous retail experience. You will have an excellent track record and work ethic, and you will bring enthusiasm, positivity and joy by inspiring your customers and colleagues and maximising sales.

Responsibilities

Ensure our excellent Customer Service Standards are maintained Adhere to and follow our policies and procedure Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner Maintain excellent product presentation and knowledge in line with our company standards Follow good housekeeping principles by ensuring the store and staff areas are clean and tidy at all times

Note this a full time position and you will be required to be flexible as we are open 7 days per week.
