We are currently recruiting for a

Sales Assistant

to join our Derby Road store team on a

temporary contract covering maternity leave

permanent position

Key Responsibilities

Welcoming and assisting customers in a friendly and professional way Advising on products and responding to customer queries Operating tills and processing transactions Keeping the store clean, organised, and well-stocked Creating appealing product displays and merchandising Assisting with deliveries and stock management Responding to customer enquiries promptly Managing and maintaining our presence on social media (posting, promoting, engaging) Working independently- initiative and self-motivation are essential
Requirements

Role is based at our Derby Road store; flexibility to work at our other locations if needed Strong social media skills - experience with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok is essential A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred Must be comfortable working in an adult retail environment Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable
