As a Sales Consultant you will build strong relationships to ascertain the customer requirements to convert leads into sales. Delivering excellent customer service.
Role Responsibilities:
Build quality relationships with our customers
Present accurately and in a professional manner and ensuring enquiries are turned into sales
Follow up on customer enquiries that have yet to convert to a sale
What are we looking for from our Sales Consultant?
Ideally previous retail sales experience, however this is not essential and a professional sales person would fit perfectly with us
An outstanding customer service ethic with a passion for continuously improving the levels of service provided
What else do we look for?
Attention to detail, with the ability to work quickly and accurately to tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Resilience & patience to deal with difficult situations.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.50-13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
