This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a design-led, creative environment where every day is different. You'll help customers find pieces they love, offer styling advice, and contribute to creating a warm, inspiring in-store experience.

We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and design-savvy Sales Consultant to join our professional and welcoming retail team.

At Lathams, we are proud purveyors of aspirational homewares, furniture, and lifestyle pieces. Our store is a haven for those who appreciate thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and the joy of creating a beautiful home.

What We're Looking For:

A genuine interest in interiors and home styling A warm, helpful and professional manner A positive attitude and team spirit 4-5 days per week including Saturdays. Previous retail or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential

Job Type:

4/5 days per week (Saturdays are mandatory)

Full time salary:

Competitive basic + sales incentive
