Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service by offering professional advice and product knowledge
Assist customers in selecting the perfect piece of jewellery
Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our till system
Maintain the presentation of the store, including displays and cleanliness
Support stock management and deliveries
Build customer relationships and contribute to a positive in-store experience
An interest in creating social media content would also be beneficial
Requirements:
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not essential - full training provided
A passion for jewellery and a willingness to learn
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
