Position: Product Specialist

Location: Reading, United Kingdom

Salary: 24,500 - 26,500 per year

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Product Specialist at Redland Mobility, you will play a crucial role in providing expert guidance and support to our valued customers. Your main responsibilities will include:

Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of our diverse product range, including mobility scooters, wheelchairs, and adaptive accessories. Engaging with customers in a courteous and professional manner to understand their unique mobility needs and requirements. Offering tailored product recommendations and solutions that best fit the customer's lifestyle and preferences. Conducting informative product demonstrations to showcase features, benefits, and proper usage. Assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions, providing detailed information about pricing, warranties, and available support services. Collaborating closely with the sales team to achieve team targets while maintaining a positive and supportive team environment. Staying updated on industry trends, product advancements, and competitor offerings to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

Requirements:

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with customers and team members. Empathetic and customer-focused approach, with the ability to understand and address unique mobility challenges. Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Saturday lone working - with time off during the week. Ability to drive a van Be able to aid in the delivery and installation of armchairs and beds
