Car Parts Sales/Store Manager
to support our store, manage daily operations, and ensure customer satisfaction in an environment that's fast-paced and driven by automotive enthusiasts. If you have a passion for cars, an eye for detail, and the leadership skills to manage a store, we want to hear from you!
The
Duties / Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
Drive sales growth by implementing effective merchandising strategies, ensuring product availability, and promoting promotions. Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Customer Service Excellence:
Ensure that all customer inquiries and concerns are handled efficiently and professionally. Provide expert advice on car parts, accessories, and tools, and offer tailored recommendations based on customer needs.

Store Operations:
Oversee day-to-day operations, inventory control, and customer service. Ensure the store is well-organized, safe, and fully stocked with the right products.
Manage the business day to day digital/online operations via Website, Amazon, Ebay etc

Inventory Management:
Manage stock levels, place orders, conduct stock takes, and ensure the accuracy of inventory records. Ensure that the right products are available to meet customer demand.

Supplier Relationships:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and distributors to ensure competitive pricing, product availability, and quick delivery times.
Cash handling:
Receiving, Disbursing and Storing Cash at the Point of Sale (POS)
.
Reporting:
Monitor sales performance, report on key metrics, and assist in budget forecasting and cost control to ensure profitability.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates. Provide training on automotive products, sales techniques, and customer service to ensure employees deliver the best experience to customers.
Taking and processing orders both by e-mail, telephone and online
Dealing with incoming sales and enquiries via telephone, online/post, email and B2B functions
