Key Responsibilities

Deliver warm, personalised service to every customer Educate customers on vape kits, e-liquids, CBD health & beauty products, and accessories Process transactions accurately using POS systems Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and visual merchandising standards Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally Participate in in-store promotions and represent the brand with pride Stay up-to-date with UK vaping regulations (training provided)
What We're Looking For

Minimum

2 years' experience

in retail or customer service (

vape industry preferred

) Must be

18+ years old

with

GCSE-level education

Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people Basic knowledge of

vape products

CBD wellness

, and

UK market trends

Tech-savvy and comfortable using POS systems Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Flexible availability: evenings, weekends, and holidays Positive attitude, team spirit, and eagerness to learn and grow
