Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a key member of our vape retail team, you'll:

Deliver warm, personalised service to every customer Provide expert advice on vape kits, e-liquids, CBD health & beauty products, and accessories Process transactions accurately using our POS system Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment Support inventory checks, stock replenishment, and merchandising Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and KPIs Handle customer feedback and resolve issues with professionalism Participate in promotional campaigns and represent the brand with pride Open and close the store independently as a key holder Ensure compliance with UK vaping regulations (training provided)
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a retail sales assistant who brings energy, empathy, and expertise to every shift:

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or customer service (vape industry preferred) Must be 18+ years old with GCSE or equivalent education Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of vape products, CBD wellness, and UK market trends Comfortable using POS systems and basic tech tools Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced retail setting Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team-first mindset
