Job Description
We are currently looking to recruit a Retail Sales Specialist to join our team at the Crewe location.
Responsibilities
Assist customers. Provide outstanding customer service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored recommendations. Maintain knowledge of current product offerings and promotions. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Keep the store organized and presentable. Support inventory management. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications
Proven experience in retail sales or customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of handling transactions. Passion for helping customers find the right products. Ability to work well within a team.
