Duties

Supervise and manage daily operations of the retail store, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Oversee merchandising strategies to optimise product presentation and maximise sales opportunities. Conduct regular training sessions for staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure product availability. Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and performance evaluations. Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and organisation. Foster a welcoming atmosphere for customers by demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles is essential. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous. Demonstrated experience in sales management with a focus on achieving targets. Proficient in merchandising techniques and time management skills. Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail in administrative tasks. Previous experience in customer service is preferred, along with a solid understanding of retail operations.
