Retail Sales Supervisor
Job Description
Oversee sales and operations of organisationSupervise and coordinate with team members to improve salesCoordinate with head management to give reports on salesReport to the Director on regular basis regarding the salesObserve individual and team performance, provide feedback and implement improvementsTrain new employees and provide necessary training to enhance their skillsDeal with customer complaints and address it accordinglyLiaise with customers (wholesale and retail) to improve sales,
What we are looking for:
At least 1 year of previous experience in Warehouse / Retail supervisory roles (not mandatory but preferred)Knowledge in Indian groceries and other such consumable products (not mandatory but preferred) Ability to supervise, lead and train team membersGood communication and problem solving skillsAbility to address public during establishment of stalls at events to improve sales.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 30,000.00-31,000.00 per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
