Lakeland Leather is long established as a leading independent retailer, selling lifestyle clothing ranges plus leather garments and accessories. We're growing all the time and are now an award winning multi-channel retailer.

We're recruiting for a

Permanent Retail Sales Supervisor

to join our friendly team. The hours are a minimum of 30 hours per week, up to 37.5 hours. Some flexibility is required around working times and weekends.

Ideal candidates will be sales focused, able to demonstrate an excellent record of customer service and have great communication skills. Above all we're looking for candidates with a positive, 'can do' attitude who can add value to our team.

Full training will be offered on all aspects of the role.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and product selections. Utilise strong communication skills to effectively convey product information and promotions. Manage inventory and merchandising displays to enhance the shopping experience. Ensure a clean and organised store environment while adhering to company policies. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of service. Utilise time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively. Opening and closing of the store, as and when required.
