The Role



We are seeking a proactive, inspiring and influential Team Leader for our Mall Concession, located in Westfield Stratford. Someone who can bring passion, energy and experience to the business, encouraging growth not only in sales, but their team too. Delivering excellence in every area of our business.

Principal focuses for the Retail Sales Team Leader are, delivering an exceptional customer experience, sales growth, overseeing and supporting the day to day operation of the Concession. Inspiring & coaching the team, enthusiasm and a real flare for the fragrance and perfume industry, which is reflected in their passion for our beautiful Luxury Fragrance Brand. All of these elements are essential. Along with determination to be successful and the desire to be part of our heritage.

Base Salary + OTE (on target earnings) up to 300 per month

A General Overview Of The Retail Sales Team Leader:



A Retail Sales Team Leader with Karaama Fragrances will Have entrepreneurial flair and strong commercial instincts. Motivated, energised and focused on achieving your individual daily, monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. Whilst contributing to the Mall Concessions success and contributing to the growth of the business. Ability to lead by example in all aspects of team management, and the driving force in delivering excellence in the customer experience - Including being a confident traffic stopper - Establishing an engaging rapport with customers with ease, whilst delivering the brands sales techniques. Will Support the Mall Concession Manager to develop a highly effective team through engaging communication, coaching and training, empowering individuals to reach their full potential Commercially astute, implements and maintains the highest visual merchandising standards. Disciplined and meticulous with maintaining standards and completing audit and stock management checks. Health & Safety Aware. Be vigilant in processing customer transactions, management of the till systems and reconciling data and information. Embraces the pace of the business and thrives on challenges with a solution approach. A flexible attitude to working hours in a busy retail environment to support the team and needs of the business. An exemplary Brand Ambassador for Karaama Fragrances. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to hold informative briefing sessions with the team and when communicating upwards with internal and external clients.
