Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated person to join our sales team at Winchester Christmas Market from 21st Nov - 22nd Dec. Ideally we are looking for solid previous sales experience, good communicators who enjoy speaking to people. We aim to create a great shopping experience for all our customers who are buying from us and this role is central to that.

Would possibly suit parents looking for work during school hrs

Important: This role is based in a chalet outside in the Cathedral grounds.

Responsibilities

Face to face customer interaction assisting with their needs to provide tailored assistance. Developing product knowledge in order to sell, upsell and offer guidance Handle digital transactions Re-stocking

Experience

Previous experience in customer facing retail sales or hospitality preferred Proficiency in English is required. Basic maths skills for handling transactions A proactive approach to upselling products and enhancing customer engagement through effective communication.
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: From 15.00 per hour
