Overview

We are hiring: Part time Sales/Style Consultant

Contract: 22.5 hours per week (permanent, all year round) with flexibility to work additional hours to cover holidays/absences. We are unable to offer this role on a seasonal basis

Location: Lloyd St., Llandudno

Expected start date: Mid/End July

What we are looking for:

A team player with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and with an enthusiasm that inspires action in others Someone who is adaptable and willing to work varied shifts across our 7 day trading week - we can't always work on fixed schedules, so flexibility is a must Confidence in taking the initiative and proactively engaging and building rapport with our customers
This is a varied role requiring someone who is comfortable wearing many hats. We are looking for someone who is not only proactive and customer focused but also confident with technology and consistently reliable. You should be able to:

Proactively engage with customers to sell, upsell and cross sell in order to drive sales and enhance the customer experience Maintain a visually appealing and well organised sales floor, ensuring that stock is presented at its best Manage stock effectively including accurate ordering in and stock takes Accurately handle transactions including sales processing and cash handling Stay up to date with product features/benefits and store policies to enable the delivery of knowledgable and helpful assistance to every customer Efficiently process and dispatch online orders with care and accuracy Demonstrate reliability and professionalism - turning up for shifts on time, ready to work and committed to being a dependable part of the team
