We are recruiting

professional SIA-licensed Retail Security Guards

for freelance assignments across retail stores, pop-ups, and shopping environments. Shifts are released via our app on a

first-come, first-served

basis, giving you flexibility and control over when and where you work. Good performance may lead to full time placements.

This role is

What You'll Bring

Essential

Valid

SIA Security Guarding Licence

Strong understanding of

retail security and loss-prevention practices

Excellent communication and customer-facing skills Calm, professional approach under pressure High situational awareness and attention to detail Ability to use basic mobile and reporting tools

Additional

Physically fit for long periods of standing and patrols Able to pass background and right-to-work checks Aged 18+ Driving licence preferred (not essential) Legal right to work in the UK
Your Role (Retail-Specific)

Act as a

visible deterrent

to theft and anti-social behaviour Monitor shop floor activity and high-risk areas Support staff with

loss prevention and incident handling

Control entry where required and manage store flow during peak times Conduct patrols and submit clear incident reports Respond professionally to theft, disputes, or emergencies Represent the brand with a

polite, confident, and customer-friendly presence
