Responsibilities

Monitor store premises using CCTV systems and conduct regular surveillance to identify suspicious activity or potential security breaches. Authorize access to the store for employees, vendors, contractors, and visitors, verifying credentials as needed. Respond promptly and effectively to incidents or emergencies, including medical situations requiring first aid or CPR. Manage conflicts with professionalism and confidence, de-escalating tense situations to maintain a safe environment. Conduct routine patrols of the store interior and exterior to ensure security protocols are followed and assets are protected. Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents or investigations. Maintain detailed records of security activities, incident reports, and surveillance logs for accountability and review purposes.

Experience

Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable. Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; training will be provided if necessary. Familiarity with CCTV systems, surveillance techniques, and loss prevention strategies is advantageous. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Knowledge of security procedures, emergency response protocols, and legal regulations related to retail safety.
