Retail Security Officer - Morrisons, Blackpool
Salary: 12.21 per hour | Hours: Average 0+ per week | Location: Blackpool, FY4
Kingdom Group, a trusted partner of Morrisons Supermarkets, is looking for a professional and reliable Retail Security Officer to join our team.

About the Role:
As a Retail Security Officer, you'll play a key role in keeping both customers and staff safe. Your responsibilities will include:

• Patrolling and monitoring the store to maintain a secure environment
• Acting as a visible deterrent against theft or other incidents
• Completing detailed reports of observations, occurrences, and surveillance activities
• Responding calmly and professionally to any challenging situations
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure customer and team needs are met

Shifts: Various shifts as per site rota, covering between 6:00am and 23:00pm.
Start Date: We're looking for the right person to join the team ASAP!
About You:
We're looking for someone who is:

• Professional, observant, and able to exercise good judgment
• Confident in communication and excellent at providing customer service
• Experienced in a security role (desirable, not essential)
• Holding a valid SIA DS Licence (or in the process of obtaining one)
• Able to provide a full five-year checkable employment history
• Own transport is required
