We are looking for

experienced and professional Retail Security Officers

to join our team in London, working across some of the UK's most recognised retail environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor the shop floor, staff areas, and CCTV to deter theft and antisocial behaviour. Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a visible, approachable security presence. Use radios, body-worn video, and PPE in accordance with company policies. Accurately complete reports and incident logs. Respond to any security-related incidents with professionalism and urgency. Assist with enforcing store policies and removing unwanted visitors where necessary. Support store teams with loss prevention efforts and a safe trading environment.

About You:

Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence or SIA Security Guarding Licence. Minimum 1 year experience in a retail security role preferred. Excellent observational skills and attention to detail. Confident communicator with good written report-writing ability. Immaculately presented and reliable. Able to work alone or as part of a team. Calm and professional when managing conflict. Flexible to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings.

In line with BS7858 standards, applicants must provide:
