We are seeking a professional and confident Security Officer with strong retail experience, ideally in luxury retail environments. The successful candidate will have a strong presence, loss prevention knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with both customers and staff in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers while maintaining a professional and welcoming presence. Utilize radio communication effectively for coordination and incident response. Apply retail security techniques to prevent shoplifting, theft, and other security risks. Maintain a high level of vigilance, remaining alert and proactive at all times. Ensure a safe and secure environment for customers, staff, and assets within the store. Respond promptly and appropriately to any incidents or suspicious activity.
Requirements:
Previous retail security experience required; luxury retail experience preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently and clearly. Professional appearance and demeanor with strong situational awareness. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle security incidents effectively. Must be active, alert, and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 13.00-15.00 per hour
