Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and professional security officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience. As a security officer, you will assist guests with various requests, from dining reservations to local recommendations, while embodying the values of hospitality and guest services.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with check-in and check-out processes. Manage guest inquiries and requests efficiently, ensuring satisfaction at all times. Provide information about local attractions, events, and dining options. Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and a positive attitude. Maintain an organised front desk area and ensure all materials are up-to-date. Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences. Stay informed about hotel services, amenities, and local happenings to provide accurate information.

Experience

Previous experience in guest services or hospitality and security is preferred. Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills are essential for effective guest interaction.
