Job Description

Next Level Security Services are seeking to employ a Retail Security Officer to work at a retail outlet in the Newton Aycliff area and be part of our vastly growing team of experienced retail officers.

We are requiring x1 Retail Security Officers - part time - 13 hrs. This is a Monday to Sunday (2/3 over 7) with a requirement for variable weekend working.

You must demonstrate your previous security experience and have excellent communication skills with a willingness to be flexible.

Uniform and site- specific training will be provided to the chosen candidate.

Main Duties:

Be approachable when welcoming clients and customers Always provide a polite and excellent customer service Protect customers and colleagues from physical and verbal abuse, also deterring violence and public order offences. Respond to any on site incident or request for assistance and assume control until arrival of the Client, Emergency Services or Duty Manager Reporting to the Security Operations Manager, recording, reporting and escalating all incidents. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-12.71 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Newton Aycliffe (Durham): reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
