SRK Fuel UK Ltd is running a Murco service station along with Store and Jet Wash in Lenwade, England. SRK Fuel UK Ltd is running Murco fuel station. Murco fuel retail is at the forefront of the ever-changing market and supporting our customers with their every need. A Convenient store is operating inside the premises along with a Jet-wash and garage workshop access within our business. Our forecourts and convenience stores are the heart of our business that we want to expand.

The site is located in the following address 5-11 Fakenham Rd,

Lenwade, Norwich NR9 5SE.

The Site Hours of operation from Monday to Saturday - 7AM to 7PM, Sunday 8AM to 6PM. The Evening Shift, 3PM to 8PM on Monday to Saturday and 10 hour Shift on Sundays. (A total of 40 hours per Week.)

As we are in the process of expanding, we need a Store / Retail manager who has the capabilities to work with and lead a diverse, small team on a variety of tasks throughout the afternoon and Weekend Shift.

Be responsible for the day-to-day good running of the site. The Retail Manager should be able to support and energize a team whilst maximising their potential in a supportive manner, maximise sales whilst remaining within the budgets set by the Company.

Duties & Responsibilities

: Ensure that Murco Service Station is applying the correct fuel retail prices as instructed from time to time so as to maximise fuel profit margins.

Plan and manage the Staff rota, stock availability and sales targets. Ensure standards remain high and continually look for ways to improve.

Make sure that all staffs Provide excellent customer service to drive sales forward.

To carry out monthly fuel audits in order to ensure the correct payments of monies and security of the Company's fuel stocks

To train each staff member at the station and ensure that good customer practice is carried out consistently. Motivate, lead, support and coach the team to bring out the best.

. Ensure that the store is well presented and all point of sale material is displayed in accordance with planograms.

. Ensure that high standards of housekeeping are maintained throughout the site.

. Ensure legal and safety compliance through all of the store's operations e.g., food safety, underage sales, forecourt operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-18.00 per hour
