Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role you will be asked to provide exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will assist in maintaining the store's presentation and inventory while engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices. Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system. Restock shelves and ensure that merchandise is displayed attractively. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Attention to detail and organisational skills to maintain store presentation standards. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
