We're on the hunt for a

Retail Shop Floor Manager

who can lead from the front, keep things running smoothly, and work with a motivated team to deliver strong sales as well as smiles.

What you'll be doing

Supervising the shop floor and making sure it looks great and is appropriately stocked Supporting, motivating, and coaching team members to deliver excellent service and hit sales targets Leading by example on the shop floor, actively engaging with customers to help them find the products they need. Handling customer queries with charm, confidence, and common sense Opening and closing the store, cashing up. Jumping in wherever needed -- tills, stock, displays, or problem-solving on the fly

What we're looking for

Previous experience serving customers & supervisory experience A keen drive to increase sales and motivate others to do the same A natural leader who leads by example, not by clipboard Calm under pressure, friendly by nature, and unflappable when it gets busy Organised and reliable Someone who knows that "team player" isn't just a buzzword
