Tile & Bathroom Mountain are launching a brand-new showroom in a prime location in Hull, with a huge selection of Tiles, Tiling products and Bathrooms on display to view, all at incredibly competitive prices.
We are looking for a talented team of staff to join our fantastic new store in delivering exceptional results and providing exceptional service to our customers to help us maintain our number one position as in the UK. Having a background in the Tile/Bathroom industry would be beneficial but not essential as full product knowledge training will be provided.
You'll be part of a small in-store team whose number one goal is to get to the heart of what customers need for their project. Be it new suggestions for a bathroom or tile revamp, a huge trade order for commercial premises, or recommendations for add on products - you'll understand what customers are looking for and offer solutions that fit their requirements.
Typical tasks include:
Greeting and liaising with customers when they enter the store
Providing information and advice on products / product types
Assessing customers' project needs and providing relevant advice and guidance
Dealing with requests for quotations
Understanding customer requirements and suggesting products that suit
Taking orders and processing payments
Monitoring stock levels and advising on delivery
General housekeeping

Flexibility to cover store opening hours including weekends (and work in alternative locations if required).
Standard hours of work are:
Monday to Friday 08:00 - 18:00 with 1 hour lunch
Saturday (on a Rota basis with 1 day off in the week) 09:00 - 17:00
Sunday (on a Rota basis with 1 day off in the week) 10:00 - 16:00
