Job Introduction
We are currently recruiting a Retail Stock Assistant to join our friendly and professional team at Unilever House in Kingston Upon Thames. As a key member of the retail team, you will help support the day-to-day running of the on-site shop, ensuring high standards are maintained and customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction, takes pride in presentation, and thrives in a structured retail environment.
Main Responsibilities
Assist with daily operations of the Unilever on-site shop
Carry out stock rotation and placement, ensuring displays are well maintained
Maintain cleanliness and organisation across all areas of the shop
Follow manual handling and safety procedures in line with company standards
Deliver excellent customer service and support a positive shopping environment
Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently
Ideal Candidate
Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
Comfortable with manual handling and stock movement
Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable
Ability to work independently and within a team
Reliable and punctual with a flexible approach to tasks
