Purpose Of The Role:

Customers are at the heart of everything we do. As a Store Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every visitor receives the warm welcome, product knowledge, and practical support that we're known for.

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. One shift might see you:

Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Provide knowledgeable information about products, promotions, and services to enhance the shopping experience. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the till. Maintain a clean and organised store environment, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are appealing. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. Taking in and organising deliveries Supporting our online order team with additional stock checks or product sampling
You'll need to prioritise effectively, make decisions on the spot, and keep customer satisfaction front and centre.
