Kinder Handl Community Enterprise CIC is a thriving social enterprise based in Glasgow's south side. We're passionate about recycling donated goods, reducing waste, and building stronger community connections. Our enterprise includes three stores -- an adults' shop in Battlefield (G42) and two children's shops in Mount Florida (G44) and Newton Mearns (G77).

We're currently looking for

reliable, adaptable Shop Assistants

to join our friendly team. Both part-time and full-time positions are available, and each shift will be based at one of our store locations.

What You'll Do:

Help create welcoming and well-presented displays Assist customers and support day-to-day shop operations Promote sales and contribute ideas to improve the shop Support with pricing, sorting donations, and maintaining stock levels (Bonus) Use social media to help showcase items and boost online sales

About You:

We're looking for people with a positive attitude, a friendly manner, and a genuine interest in helping others. You should be presentable, dependable, and ready to work as part of a close-knit team. Experience in retail or charity shops is a plus, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are just as important.
