Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our team. In this role we'll need you to provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding the right products to meet their needs. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers will be key.
Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them in a friendly manner. Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs. Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor. Process transactions accurately at the point of sale. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Stay informed about product features, promotions, and store policies. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the store environment.
Experience
Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills in English are required. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. A passion for delivering excellent customer service and a willingness to learn about our products. An interest in sports is preferred but not essential
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 25,000.00-26,520.00 per year
