Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service to our customers while assisting them with their shopping needs.

We are recruiting for Full and Part time positions, we offer flexible working hours to suit the applicants out of work commitments

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner. Understand customer needs and recommend products that meet those needs. Maintain knowledge of current promotions Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system. Keep the sales floor well-organised, clean, and visually appealing. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall shopping experience. Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential. Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
