Job Description

We are looking to add a member of staff to our growing team here at Costcutter.

Looking for someone who can oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, staff and inventory management. Responsible for achieving sales targets, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a profitable and efficient store environment.

You will be required to fulfil the following:

. To serve the customers by providing friendly, efficient service at all times.

To operate the checkout accurately, complying with Company checkout procedures.

To ensure stock is merchandised in accordance with the company planogram and SEL disciplines in order to drive sales.

To comply with security rules and regulations

To observe and comply with all Company and Legislative regulations at all times, especially: Food Safety, Health & Safety, Sale of Alcohol, Tobacco Products & Solvents and Trading Standards.

To ensure a high standard of cleanliness in the shop (front and back) is maintained at all times.

To ensure highest standard of personal hygiene and observe the Company dress code to comply with food safety regulations.

To report any hazards, accidents and incidents in line with the Company Procedure.

To carry out any tasks or duties as deemed appropriate by store owner and hierarchy.

Pay: From 27,500.00 per year
