Job Title: Retail Store Sales Assistant - Part Time - 1-3 Full Days per week (Monday to Friday)

Location: Newport, Wales

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Retail Store Sales Assistant at our Newport location.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner. Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns. Maintain a clean and organized store environment. Restock merchandise and ensure proper display to enhance the shopping experience. Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system. Assist the Store Manager with inventory management and stock ordering. Handle any customer complaints or issues effectively and efficiently. Process and Pack Click & Collect and Online Orders for Dispatch Social Media Marketing and Content Videos Social Medial Live Sales on Facebook and TikTok

Requirements:

Previous retail experience preferred, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team environment. Basic math skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed. Must be reliable and punctual. Understanding of Social Media Sales / Marketing Confident in doing Live Sales on Facebook and TikTok

Hours:

Part-time to full-time position. 1-3 Days Per Week Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 5:30 pm with occasional Weekends
